The introduction of the idu-Concept system, comprising idu-Budgets and idu-MIS, to New Clicks Holdings this year has made our annual budgeting cycle a real pleasure.
We reduced our budget cycle from 5 to 6 months to 3 weeks, even our remote users are thrilled. Furthermore, the idu system is not simply a ‘once a year’ budget system. It also enables us to report back to cost centre managers the monthly actual vs. budget results as well as to forecast, on a monthly basis, expenses at a cost centre level. This has resulted in more effective cost control as well as significant savings in time and paper costs. In addition to all of these benefits, we enjoy first class support from the idu team.
